About Us
My name is Jim Connolly and I’m the owner and lead technician for Sure Shot. I have spent over a decade as a coffee technician. My first 8 years were spent covering ground all over New England - from Maine to Connecticut. Chances are if you are in the New England Specialty Coffee world, we’ve probably crossed paths. I may have worked on your equipment or perhaps you’ve attended one of the many classes I’ve lead at the MANE Coffee Conference in Providence over the years.
In 2018 I relocated to Seattle, WA and gained additional valuable experience managing the service department for one of the longest running and most well respected service companies in the country.
In June of 2020 I relocated back to New England and started Sure Shot Coffee Service. I have the experience, the knowledge and the parts to get the job done right. My goal, as always, is to get you up and running with as minimal downtime possible.
